Caden and Tameika, both former Pollen Community members, are Pollen’s two most recent additions to the team.
We’re thrilled to announce the addition of two new faces to the Pollen Team - Caden and Tameika - who have just joined us fresh from the community as Partnership Assistants!
Caden and Tameika will be instrumental in supporting our impact reporting, marketing, and funding efforts, while also participating in our community initiatives.
Hiring Caden and Tameika is a testament to our Pollen CV-less hiring process. By exclusively advertising the role to our Slack community, we were inundated with an amazing range of entry-level applicants, allowing us to select from a great pool of talent!
We can’t wait to see how Caden and Tameika will grow in their roles!
